    1. Circle Secretaries and CHQ office bearers are requested to inform the number of delegates who are attending the AIC to the Secretary General, through WhatsApp immediately, so that we can inform you the specific location of the accommodation and mode of transport also.
    2. Delegates are requested to carry the Aadhar card (Original) to be produced at the time of entry at lodge / IQ / youth hostel, etc. The IQ and lodge authority will not allow anybody without Aadhar card in Kolkata.
