Circle Conference of BSNLCCWF, Jharkhand circle, held at Ranchi on 11.06.2023.

Outsourcing System has retrenched a good number of contract workers in BSNL in Jharkhand circle. Still, the contract workers have organised the circle conference of “BSNL Dainik Bhogi Workers Union” in Ranchi on 11.06.2023. Com.Bhawan Singh, President of the circle union hoisted the Red Flag to start the conference proceedings. Com.Akhilesh Banerjee, Organising Secretary, BSNLCCWF (CHQ), was the main speaker who narrated the attack on Modi government on PSUs including BSNL. He also clarified the attack on BSNL workers through outsourcing SLA system. Com.Sudama Pal, Circle Secretary, delivered the sufferings and hurdles of the contract workers in Jharkhand circle. He also explained the situation for payment of pending wages and the legal fight of the workers pending at court. Com.Bijoy Paswan, Circle Secretary, BSNLEU, Com.Vinod Kumar, Circle President, BSNLEU and Com.Basu Chattarjee, Organising, BSNLCMU, WB circle, had also spoken in the conference. A list of office bearers headed by Com.Bhawan Singh as President, Com.Sudama Pal as Circle Secretary and Com. Krishna Mahato as Treasurer, was elected unanimously in the Conference.
