    1. Notice for the conference has already notified from BSNLCCWF CHQ. Poster for the conference and the notice of the conference has already sent to you through Ordinary Post. You will get all the information in our CHQ website (bsnlccwfchq.co.in).  
    2. Most of the circle unions have already conducted there conference or conducting their state level Convention / Circle Working Committee meeting to finalise the name of the delegates who are attending this conference.
    3. It is good that some circle unions are contributing their subscription which is collected from members and remitting their quota to the Central Headquarter. Some circle unions have already informed that they will remit their quota at the conference venue.
    4. It is requested to inform the number of delegates to the Central Headquarter (CHQ) well in advance.  It also requested to give their mode / date of journey to the Reception Committee. Reception Committee will publish a separate bulletin in this regard.
    5. Reception Committee will try to accommodate all the delegates at Moulali Youth Hostel (for one day), KG Bose Bhawan, CITU office and other nearby offices.
