Circle Working Committee meeting of BSNLCCWF, UP (West) circle held at Meerut on 23.07.2023.

Outsourcing system has badly affected the Casual Contractual Organisation in UP (West) circle. Most of the contract workers have been retrenched from service by the vendors and officers in Meerut SSA. But in Saharanpur SSA, our union has got the success to continue the contract workers in new system. All these issues have come in discussion in a Circle Working Committee meeting held at Meerut on 23.07.2023. Com.Ansar Ali, President, BSNLCCWF, has presided over the meeting. Com.Naresh Pal, Circle Secretary, BSNLCCWF, narrated the present situation and future course of action. It is about 15 members came from different part of the state. Com.Animesh Mitra, Secretary General, told the attack of Modi government on BSNL and sufferings of the toiling people including BSNL contractual labourers. He also suggested that, agitational programme can be conducted before Administration to reinstate the retrenched contract workers. He calls upon the workers to reorganise the circle union effectively and join the All India Conference to be held in Kolkata.
