Country wide demonstration programme against the anti-worker Budget.

As per the call of All the Central Trade Unions for demonstration programme on 5th February,2025, BSNL Casual and Contract Workers Federation will also take part in the demonstration programme in offices and exchanges of BSNL against the anti-worker Budget for 2025-2026. The Central Trade Unions reacted on the issue of Central Government’s budget that corporate profits have soared to a 15 year high while the wages of the workers remained below the pre-pandemic level. In addition they have also raised their strong voices against the move of govt. for implementation of National Monetisation Pipeline in high speed as it has been reflected in budget. The FDI limit in Insurance sector has been enhanced to 100% as it has been stated in the budget. It is unfortunate that there is no positive statement from the govt. for job opportunity in budget and against the price hike of the necessary commodities. BSNLEU the Major Recognised Union in BSNL has already called upon the workers to join the country wide demonstration programme on 5th February, 2025. BSNLCCWF will also mobilise all the contract and casual labourers in the demonstration programme with BSNLEU in all exchanges and offices.
