DA order for the casual labourers not yet endorse by the BSNL Management – Secretary General, BSNLCCWF, met PGM(Estt.), BSNL CO. and urges for taking speedy action on this subject..

BSNL Management has not yet endorses the DoP&T order revising DA for the Central Government employees w.e.f. 01.01.2025 – an entitlement that equally applies to BSNL’s casual labourers. Com.Animesh Mitra, SG, discussed the matter with Shri S.P. Singh, PGM(Estt.), BSNL CO. on 08.08.2025 and demanded for taking urgent action to issue the order without further delay. He also expressed his unhappiness due to delay of this order while the DoP&T has issued the order in the month of June. During discussion, it was recalled that the DA order was issued in 2024 only after delay of 10 months. The General Secretary questioned why such delay only in the case of BSNL casual labourers?
