It has come to our notice that, good number of customers are leaving BSNL in the recent past. BSNL Casual Contract Workers Federation has conveys it’s observation to the Director (HR) for a review on the SLA based outsourcing system which has affected badly the day to day maintenance of outdoor and indoor network particularly in those circles where this new system has already started. A letter on the same subject has already submitted to the BSNL Management for it’s kind consideration. Circle secretaries are also requested to send a report on the same subject to the CHQ so that we can discuss the same with the Management in near future.
