- Extended Executive Committee Meeting of GMTD, BSNLEU Jabalpur District
- District Conference of SSA Mandla
All meetings commenced after the formal welcome of the guests.
TF Jabalpur District Executive Committee Meeting.
The meeting was chaired by Comrade Santosh Kori, District President. Comrade L.N. Tiwari, District Secretary TF Jabalpur, along with other comrades, highlighted various issues concerning the Telecom Factory.Comrade Animesh Mitra, All India President, BSNLEU, listened to the problems in detail and assured that necessary efforts would be made for their resolution, shedding light on the way forward.
BSNLCCWF, Madhya Pradesh Circle Executive Meeting held in Jabalpur Telephone exchange on 29thJune.
The meeting was chaired by Comrade Akhtar Khan, Vice President, BSNLCCWF. Com.B.S.Raghubansi Cs BSNLEU inaugurated the CEC meeting and explained the present situation in M P Circle particularly the attack of Retrenchment for the contract workers. While narrating the organational position in MP circle, Com Bishnu Choudhury,CS, BSNLCCWF highlighted the retrenchment of outdoor mtcc contract workers due to abolition of Landline in big numbers. It was also reported that contract workers are continuing their job in other section including housekeeping staff,, electrical mtcc, tower mtcc FTTH connection etc.Comrade Animesh Mitra addressed the gathering and explained all the related matters in detail, and suggested some way-out how to build pressure on the management to stop this retrenchment. He also elaborated the charter of demands of the ensuing 9thJuly strike and narrated the labour code Bill in details including the strategy to organize contract workers in different sectors.Com. Munim, contract workers has also told the difficulties of the workers to be a member of the union.CEC Meeting has decided to strengthen the BSNLCCWF in MP circle with the mobilization of contract workers under union banner.
SSA Mandla District Conference.
A new district executive body was elected in this conference. The newly elected office bearers are:
- District President: Sudarshan Uikey
- District Secretary: Naveen Parwar
- Treasurer: Mukesh Bhalavi
Comrade Raghvendra Arjariya, District Secretary BSNLEU Jabalpur, Comrade L.N. Tiwari, District Secretary TF Jabalpur, Comrade Naveen Parwar, District Secretary Mandla, and Circle office bearers participated in the discussions.All comrades assured their full efforts to make the 9th July 2025 General Strike a success.Comrade H.S. Thakur, Circle Secretary AIBDPA, and Comrade Vishnu Choudhary, CCWF, also addressed the meetings.The Circle Union congratulated the team for successfully organizing the extended meetings.
