Observe ‘MAY DAY' in a befitting Manner.
The historic May Day or International Worker’s Day. It was started after notorious incident took place in Hay market of US in the year 1886. In India it is being observed since 1923. In India the first May Day was observed in Madras. This year also the working class of our country will commemorate the International Worker’s Day on 1st May, 2023.
BSNL CCWF has decided to observe May Day in a befitting manner. All the constituents of BSNL CCWF are requested to hoist our Red Flag in offices and exchanges. Organise gate meetings and rallies etc. and join central rallies where it is being organised by the Central Trade Unions.
Today, it is very much relevant to observe May Day since attack on workers are being intensified day by day by the ruling class. It is the need of the hour to make rock solid the alliance of the workers and peasants alliance for the upcoming struggles in our country against the fascist, pro-corporate, anti-people and communal forces. Long live May Day.
