Performance of SLA system is not good enough – BSNL is losing good number of customers.

BSNL has introduced a new system for the outdoor maintenance system to restore the fault of outdoor network. Already 3 years have passed, we are getting so many complaints from the field units that the vendors engaged in SLA / TIP system are not taking proper interest to give a better performance to the customers. As a result, customers are leaving BSNL in a large numbers. BSNLCCWF will take up this issue with the BSNL Management to take some effective measure to redress the problem.
