The payment order of DA to the casual labourers not yet declared by the Corporate Office – BSNLEU has discussed the matter with Management for early payment.

It is unfortunate that, DoP&T has issued the order for revised rate of Dearness Allowance for the casual labourers in month of June, 2025. According to this order, the casual labourers in BSNL are also eligible to get this Dearness Allowance w.e.f. 01.01.2025. Com.Animesh Mitra, Secretary General, BSNL CCWF, had already written a letter to the Management for early payment. But 8 months passed, the casual labourers are still waiting to get the DA arrear with the salary of August, 2025. In this connection, BSNLEU had also discussed the matter with PGM(Estt.) on 20.08.2025, who assured to take to needful action for the early payment.
