Wage Revision of casual labour – Management has linked the matter with 3rd PRC.

BSNL Casual Contract Workers Federation had submitted one memorandum to CMD BSNL on 24.03.2023 on the subject of Wage Revision of casual labours based on 7th CPC recommendation. Management has sent a reply letter addressed to the Secretary General, BSNLCCWF, that Wage Revision of the casual labourers will be possible only after the 3rd PRC settlement. It is unfortunate that the Management has linked the subject with the 3rd PRC though it was delinked in the 35th National Council meeting held in 2019. Reply of Management is enclosed.
